Basically there are four more kids that join. They are Dee Strider, Jackie English, Ryan Lalonde, and James Crocker. They are the Omega kids.

Also, there isn't really a main villain for a while, just everyday struggles, so you can get overly attached to characters before I kill them I mean what I didn't say anything.
