Robynn is a young women being forced to see a therapist, after a failed suicide attempt. Reluctantly she goes and to get through therapy as quickly as possible she puts up a facade that says she's all better, hoping her therapist can't see through it. Unfortunately for her, she has the best therapist in the state of Florida, who calls her out on it. Soon she opens up, but not until she gets to know more about her therapist. Gets to know him past the serious demeanor and frank advice. Can he really get to the deepest secrets and thoughts of her, to the root as to why she would try to do something as serious as end her life.

Nicolas is a married therapist, who meets a young woman, that at first seems like some oblivious girl who went haywire and did something stupid. Then once she opens up, once he gets her to trust him, he sees that there's more to her. He begins to realize that there are feelings that are rising to the surface from himself for her, but he can't do anything about them. Can he? He wants to fix the girl who thinks she's unfixable, but can he do that in the professional way or will it take him to form a friendship with her in order to achieve this new goal. Or maybe she has to fix herself.
