Claire is on her own now after turning 20 and finding that she wanted to get away from her Adoptive Parents' care. She travels to Europe Eton, Berkshire, England where the people seem more quiet and secretive than most she's met. Finding a nice apartment to live in she finds that the quiet life is nice, and the villagers don't seem all that bad. Well that's till she walks into a bar in hopes to find new friends and runs into the intimidating Mathis who seems to smile very little. When he takes an interest in her she begins to notice the strange howling and others in the village keeping in small groups. Some even casting her looks of suspicion.
After finding the reincarnation of his deceased mate Mathis can't keep calm. He wants answers as to why she stands before him with no recollection of him and seeming to have no interest in him-- but his Beta Brom. She even has the same birthmark as his mate and yet-- it isn't her. His determination to get answers and to have her love him goes beyond just curiosity, but need and obsession overwhelms him that he needs his answers.

We stared at each other for a while. He'd always occasionally look down at my lips, and I'd do the same to him. I broke it off and looked back up at the sky. -=- New York City. The place of opportunities. But what shall Rose do when there's so many of them? Jonah, the seducer with a British accent, or Cameron, equally British but sweet. Her clock is ticking. She has one year to make up her mind until the exchange program takes back all their Brits and their New Yorkers return. And so the end-of-the-year party is the final strike. Either Rose chooses...or she doesn't. *WARNING* I began this book (my first book ever) when I was like 11 or 12 years old so the first chapters (idk how many) suck, not gonna lie. I had scrapped so many ideas (that I only really wrote a few chapters of) that when I was older enough to realize the story I had going so far sucked, I didn't want to scrap again, so I finished for that sake in a span of 3 years (and ended in 2014).
