Dreamy hadn't of passed, if Lexie and mark haven't have died, if Christina didn't leave Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital, if Izzie didn't get Cancer and if George didn't die, if April and Jackson never got together and if Calli and Arizona didn't break up etc.
