As two Clans, DarkClan and LightClan, fall into a seemingly endless war, the warrior code changes. New rules are added, and the separate Clans make separate codes. DarkClan is harsh on the warriors, and as a young kit, Blossomkit realizes she isn't safe anymore.
However, she begins to develop new powers. As she tests them out, she realizes that she is the secret weapon for her Clan spoke of in the prophecy. She knows she must find the other cat in the prophecy and stop the battles.
But what is the 'dust' spoke of? Only time will tell. But Blossomrain must begin to search, or the battles may never stop.

However, when StarClan tell her of this evil, she may get the chance to prove herself to everyone. Rockpaw feels like an outcast, everyday being hated on by his Clanmates for seeing things differently. So when the chance to prove them wrong comes up, he doesn't give it a second thought. But the evil still resides, and Rockpaw might know more about it then he's letting on, even to himself. Greyshard, as a former kittypet, has always thought of life in the Clans as challenging. For her, everything seems to go wrong. Every plan, every schedule, every patrol - ends up in a disaster, and its always because of her.
