Novalie "Nova" Rose Svensson is just a Swedish-Sokovian trying to take back her country.
When she volunteers to undergo enhancements to help defend her country she gets amazing powers. She has telekinesis, the ability to manipulate ice, can change her density, has healing factors, and can use blue energy to manipulate things.
She feels isolated and alone with these new found powers, but how will she feel when she finds out that there are others like her? How will she feel when a speedy blonde steals her heart?
