A Tale Of Hearts (Read 'About')

I felt like I had just been stabbed in the chest. Over and over. I was sitting in the same area I was when I left the simulator. I was by the gas station, but at night. I gripped my chest and looked around. Where's everyone else? I wondered. I got up, still gripping my chest. I crossed the street towards my house and made it to the fence when I saw someone. I opened the gate and reached into my pocket for my phone. Once I had it out, I shined the flashlight on them. The person was Charlize! "There you are!" She exclaimed. She ran over and hugged me. I hugged her back, a bit confused. I let go. "Do you know where everyone else is?" I asked her. "Max went to get a snack." She responded. "Where?" I questioned. "Not sure." She answered. Great, he's at the gas station. I complained in my head. I don't wanna go back there. Why didn't I see him? "We'll just wait for him to come back." I told her. "Have you seen Veronica?" It seems like everyone that hasn't been here before is appearing here. I concluded. "No, I haven't."

This is the second book of Its A Long Nine Lives so if you haven't read and finished that book, you won't really get this one. But I'm not your boss so I can't make you. I also drew the cover myself and more of my art is in my art book. Anyways, please enjoy and keep your insults to yourself. I'm not perfect so I will make mistakes.

HEYYYY it's been a while. 2017 now.. closer to 2020 than 2010. Heh. Or whatever they're saying... but yeah. I'm SUPER sorry for just disappearing like that. I've been going through a lot of changes. I will prob change the book cover soon. I'm redoing the chapters so I'll be editing them and changing a few things(Cuz that's pretty much what editing is) so yeah. Hope you guys enjoy!
