The crack epidemic had swept the nation like the black plague, and the war between the blacks and Hispanics caused a rift in the bay area. A young spontaneous girl by the name of Stephanie would stop at nothing to break the barriers between the two communities. Antonio a young Hispanic boy from the other side of town was nothing more than a smooth guy from around the way. When Antonio and Stephanie meet at the last kick back of the summer, something sparked between them.
