The novel is based on civilisation of teddies. Their world is situated in alternative dimension (taken as 10th dimension) in which they live on Planet T, which has an artificial atmosphere as created by electromagnetic waves. They are technologically advance but the public is restricted to the present earth technology due to certain reasons.
