Hunted Down Volume 1

"If you could control ONE thing in the entire world, and people would pursue you, what would do?"

These words will mean a lot to a group of 10-year olds. These children, of different backgrounds, all have one thing in common:

They all are direct descendants of the great Jean Persuary.

Jean was well known for being the best alchemist of his time, being said to have cracked the genome before it was even called DNA, discovering the meaning of how elements react with one another, and said to have created a formula for immortality.

But, his greatest achievement, were tiny necklaces that were said to give the wielder full control over an element and allowed them to turn into, create, and are immune to the element that was shown on the pendant.

However, there's a catch: Only the first born can wield these powerful amulets. And they're said to not exist in this world, due to the fact that he was killed before he could give them to his children.

And there's the fact that these were the main target of The Hunters, a group of people who kill those who were way ahead of their time.

These children must channel this power very carefully, or else it will take over them and their bodies, thus leading to the end of the world as we know it.

Can these orphans learn to control their emotions and power before it consumes them?

These children must realize that they too, will be Hunted Down.
