The Firelands was once the great Realm of the Dragon, but when Fate abandoned it without a leader, it fell from grace and is now dying - and there is no one who can save it. 

Well, no one who has any idea what they're doing at least. 

There is, of course, The Realmlore. Until fifty years ago, there had always been The Realmlore, ruled by the Child. With this leader, The Firelands could be saved but a Child has not been seen in fifty years.

The name meant "woman who is like the dragon," a fitting name for a tribe led by a head woman. This woman was lady Hyria Tatsu, the eldest of the tribe. Her apprentice goes by the name of Mina Ryoto. Star and Moon, two dragonets, would only bond with Mina. None of the other children were able to bond with the two dragonets. This was one of the reasons Hyria had chosen Mina. Only those of great legends could bond with two beasts. It would be a hard road for her, but being this special could turn out for the best. The world might depend on her one day.
