An Ordinary Life

Mercy is one of the many individuals living within a lush, vibrant forest in a peaceful little village that she has always called her beloved home. Her life is one full of tranquility, and she adores every bit of her happy, carefree life.

Unfortunately, Mercy must briefly part ways with her loving father Miraz. Miraz is preparing to embark on a vital trip to a faraway capital, where he must deliver the many varieties of wares that he has for sale. The long wait for her father's expected return feels like a dreadful eternity, but Mercy manages to pass the time as she eagerly wishes for Miraz to come back to their cozy, warm abode in the heart of the relaxing forest.

After her father finally returns home, the ordinary atmosphere seems to melt away completely as a foreign, sinister source of malice sets foot near Mercy's innocent hometown. One by one, dear friends soon go missing, and the whole village is shaken with many despicable wrongdoings that have left the authorities devastatingly puzzled.

Will the source of such terrible behavior be identified, or will Mercy's favorite town be permanently changed forever?
