We went to the destination we were told to go and that is where I meet a sniper boy who saved my dad's life. We added him to our jorney and who know i might have developed a couple of feeling for him...... Alright, so people these days are kinda different. Especially when the z-pocalypse started. Now people, or survivors as I call them, are kinda different. Unlike our days before, they can either take in a group or a lone stranger to be in their group. But right now, they're all different. They'll bust in to your property with guns as confetti, bazookas as fireworks, and grenades as firecrackers. Now once they took over your territory, they can either unhook your soul from your body or give you a chance to see our terrible world again. But don't worry about me. I ain't one of them. My names Rory by the way. Anyway, enough the talking and more on the story. In these so called "WalkerDays" People are struggling to survive against the flesh eaters for what we mostly call zombies but in our world, we call them walkers. In the middle of the apocalypse, Rory is a 13 year old girl who is living in Atlanta, Georgia. Rory's father is military man and has been elected as the leader of their group after the true leader died. At first, their community is at Fort Benning, then a week or so later, their group decided to take over a part of Atlanta then slowly take over the whole city. Weeks passed and they'd completed their task and had a very large community. As months passed Rory's teacher assigned her to be the leader of her group of 32 people in her school. One day, there was an attack by the deaders that happened in their whole community and Rory led out her group out to the safe house but one member didn't follow the orders which caused her group to be separated away from her and then she decided to travel on her own and later met a group.

CRINGE WARNING! First book I ever wrote on here!! -- "Sometimes the person who you are willing to take a bullet for is the person behind the gun." I stood peering over the cold lifeless body that lay before my eyes. I had always thought of death the enemy, but right now, I blessed it upon the person who is now at peace. Sometimes you don't need to be the smartest, or the fastest, but you do need to be wisest. They say the blood runs deeper than water, and I believe it, because even though the people that we love can turn on us and begin to hate us, they are only human, meaning that soon they will begin to see how short life really is and how it is not to be wasted. People who seem perfect and they look like they have no floors'; they are the people who are suffering, like I was. But I found my savior in the most uncommon place. He was able to look through my mask, he saw the cracks, and tried to fix the broken girl that hid away deep inside the girl who only wanted to be seen as 'fine'. I slowly began to find comfort and safety in him, and I did the same to him. We were two broken people becoming whole. Someone once said when you pass, if you can count your true friends on one hand you are beyond lucky, and I even though I did not like the person that lay before me, I know that he once had true friends, including me. I'm a 17 year old girl who has suffered more than any other, beginning to believe that 'Hope' was just another word the people throw around. Until I fell in love with a badboy.
