Natsu was caught red handed cheating on Lucy while drunk and from them on out Lucy doesn't trust him. Soon she locks her window and door and only lets Happy in at night, but what hurts them both is when they get into fights and say some not nice things.
Finally Lucy leaves Fairy Tail only telling Happy, Lissanna, Levy, Gajeel, Gray, Erza, Sting, Yukino, Rouge, and master where she went.
