From flower fields and holidays, to late night kisses and time ticking down, Nina is uneasy with the hospital workers, and maybe even the people she thinks she knows everything about. The hallucinations begin to take over Nina and Kathy's life and very nearly drive the two of them to a state of insanity. The workers at the hospital are not who they seem to be, in reality.
