  13 year old Dipper and Mabel come back to the small town of Gravity Falls one year after the apocalypse. When they are reunited with Stan and Ford, and all the others, Ford has a mysterious invention. A warp pad, similar to the portal.
  14 year old Steven, Connie, Lion, and the gems (with Peridot and Lapis) encounter a warp pad glitch, while checking on the cluster, which leads them to a small town, where everything is not what it seems.

(TW LIST DOWN BELOW) Just so y'all know, this takes place after the summer at Gravity Falls, though instead of both Dipper and Mabel going to Gravity Falls, only Mable went since Dipper wasn't allowed to. Also, the twins are a year younger when this takes place, so they are 11 going on 12 when Mabel goes to Gravity Falls and the whole Weirdmageddon thing happens. . Summer was over, and it was time to get back to school. After the episode "Sock Opera" where Mabel got possessed by Bill, the dream demon was able to teleport to her mind right before being destroyed, leaving him very weak but also very much alive. Also the barrier around Gravity Falls doesn't quite effect Bill anymore since he is now kinda bound to Mabel's mind and wherever she is, he is too. (I'm not quite good at writing funny stuff, but I'm good at writing things full of feels and cute couple moments, and this is a warning, I guess, I'm not sure) *** Back to Gravity Falls, now with fourteen years old, after that horrible incident with well, I guess everybody knows about it, but in case you are wondering, the horrible awkward incident where Bill tried to take over the world and turn it into a big freak party, which is obviously, not weird at all. Since Stan and Ford are back from their adventure, the twins are finally back to the weirdest town in the world. Of course, it wouldn't be Gravity Falls if there wasn't a portal opening, a portal that had already opened in other places in the world, and that was now, in Gravity Falls. As if it wasn't enough, an old enemy of the Pines family might be back, way worse and way more terrifying.
