This is set after Captain America: Civil War, May 6, 2016.
Natasha Romanoff has one Mission. To put together a stronger team to face whatever Thor brings back.
Steve Rogers has always had one Mission- caring for the people he loves. And in this case it's Bucky.
But what Steve doesn't know is that the Black Widow has a deep history with James Barnes as well, one she will willingly sacrifice herself for.
So when she finds out Bucky's in danger she will go to the ends of the earth to protect him.
And that's applies to Captain Rogers as well.
So will Steve and Natasha be able to bring Bucky back to a safer world or will they be stopped before they can? And will Natasha be able to mend the rift between the Avengers before The infinity wars?
And of course, the whole situation would be less complicated if Natasha was not in ... Love?

Endings And New Beginnings
This is a sequel to Red Winter. I didn't plan on writing a sequel but here it is! Again, the events transpire in a timeline where they've restored everything after defeating Thanos and reversing the effects of the snap. This is focused on Natasha, Bucky and Steve only. I have always appreciated the dynamics of Steve and Natasha's relationship even if there is no romance in it. And I often wonder how Natasha and Bucky would interact in the present considering their past. Again, I don't own Marvel and any of its characters. Just like you I daydream what happens between the fades in and fades out, between the end of the movie, its mid-credits scene and end-credit scene. And this is the result, one of the results. She was an innocent woman when they took her. He was her only friend when they had her. She didn't understand why they took her. Now she is free and wants revenge. Elizabeth Marie Rogers is the sister of Steve Rogers, a.k.a. Captain America. She was taken by Hydra right after Steve went in the ice. She doesn't remember any of this. Now that she is free, her memory starts to return. She remembers Steve, being taken by Hydra, she even remembers the love of her life and his funeral. She realizes that the Winter Soldier is Bucky, the love of her life. She has to save him, I mean she does owe him her life. She turns to the last people she wants to, the Avengers. The Avengers don't know if they should help her, since they just finished Ultron and since she is a highly-trained, world-known, Grade A assassian. Steve begs them to help. They agree but don't trust her. They save Bucky and see who he was and who she was. They then ask them to join the Avengers. Bucky declines the offer, wanting to live a normal life, but Elizabeth doesn't know if she should join her her brother, fighting evil with her unnatural powers, or stay with Bucky, living a sort of normal life. Who will she choose? She loves them both and doesn't want to leave them. She can't decide, but with this Civil War, she won't have to.
