Frank runs away to escape it all. The abuse, the screams, the beatings, hopefully even his depression. But, Frank finds out that maybe things are just better off the way they were.
Gerard is a serial killer, there's no other way to put it. There's no sugarcoating it. He's a cold blooded killer. Gerard will do anything he can to stay out of jail. Even when it came to ruining the life of his ex girlfriend.
"Frank shook uncontrollably having smoke withdrawals as he walked through the dark streets of New Jersey, keeping his head down. He walked until he reached a crepuscular streetlight and fumbled to grab his lighter and cigarettes with shaky hands. Frank brought the small cancer stick up to his lips and inhaled, taking a long drag. He sat on the pavement and ran a hand through his hair, sighing heavily. Where would he go from here?"
(This is some edgy shit I wrote last year).

Gerard way and Frank Iero have always passed each other in the hallway but never spoke a word to one another. They are both alike in many ways. Both loners who feel like they don't quite belong. He also figured it was cliche to be those things on top of being a member of the Left Hand Men, AKA one of the most dangerous mafias in the country. Gerard is an all-business type of person, which isn't necessarily a bad thing. Well, as long as no one finds out that his "business affairs" all have to do with being a key member of the Quiet, or the craziest mob in the northeastern region of the United States. It's hard to live such a dangerous life, and when two members of rival groups fall in love, the things that happen to them and those around them are inevitable. Firstly a mysterious, morbid string of murders occured in Frank's town, just metres from his house. The victims were mutilated, slits cut along their bodies. An abnormally charming, strangly confident outcast that made it his duty to befriend Frank. But Frank has never met anyone like Gerard, and he starts to fall for him. Together, the two of them must face the menace that haunts the neighborhood, and find out if their relationship will break or hold strong. I felt like I was in a bad dream and couldn't wake up, everything was spinning. My chest hurt from how hard my heart was thumping. This necklace, how in the world did it get here? I didn't take it back here with me, I left it on Frank's grave in Jersey. I discreetly pinched myself to see if I was dreaming, but I didn't wake up. This was real life. "Oh! That's mine, the string must've broken loose." I heard a voice. I saw feet at first. Yellow converse shoes. Then I saw pants. Black jeans. Then I saw a jacket. A green camo military jacket, not real obviously. Then I saw tattooed hands holding a coffee cup. They were red, most likely freshly washed. Then I met eyes with the person before me. I dropped the necklace and gasped loudly, holding back a shocked scream. The person's face fell, eyes going wide. They took a step back and then a cautious one forward. "Gerard?" They whispered. "Frank..." A mafia inquisitor and an abused, ex-drug runner. - So, I've been steadily working at this for almost a year now. It's a long time coming, but I hope you guys like it. That being said, this will probably have a very selective audience considering it's content. This is, like the description mentions, one fucked up and weird story. So, enjoy at your own risk, but don't come yelling at me if you're not that into it. I started this story off trying to somewhat vaguely base Frank and Gee off of Harley and The Joker, but with a little twist. I have no idea how it ended up the way it did, but I like it. Not to mention, I'm a total sucker for mafia!frank. I'm sure this probably isn't the best, but oh well. Here it is. P.s. The stories aren't exactly supposed to connect like a typical plot line.
