"Just say something! She's not gonna murder you." I told my as I approached the table that her feet were propped up against. The closer I got the more I realised the mistake I was making. I considered just turning around, but it was too late, I stood near the edge of the table at a complete loss of words. I was frozen in place. She didn't react to my presence this time, she continued to read her book as though I was even there.
"You just gonna stare at me all day?" She asked without looking up.
