In the middle of nowhere, eight-year-old Joshua Gonzalo discovers something rather odd. There lay another little boy, covered in injuries and strange, inky markings, with no sign as to how he'd gotten there.
Instantly captivated by the peculiar boy, Joshua helps him without a second thought. But after forming a close companionship, Joshua finds out the true nature of his new - inhuman - friend. The boy-creature morphs into a terrifying monster of bone and claw, and he tears Joshua's world apart. Feeling betrayed and revolted, Joshua forces him out of his life.

When he first awoke on this planet, Seth only really received a warm welcome from one person. Unlike everyone else, this boy was not afraid of him, and he grows to adore him for it. Together they become wonderful friends... Until the day the boy realizes what Seth truly is. Seth makes one fatal mistake, and he ruins everything for the both of them.
Years later, the boy he reveres still despises him, and rightly so. He's pushed Seth away and he never wants to see him, the monster, the alien again. But... Seth wants to make amends. He doesn't want to live without him anymore. He's in love with him, terribly devoted to him, and willing to do anything to make things right again.

But can he ever get Joshua to accept him again?
Can he do it before his true nature is exposed to the rest of the world?
