Love of a Fox and Bunny (Zootopia)

Nick and Judy have been working for the ZPD for a few months now and they still have not confessed their feelings for each other. Once they do, Judy freaks out and runs away. When she doesn't come back, Nick tries to find her. When he does, he finds lying in the middle of the road. She had gotten hit. Nick then blames himself for everything that happened to Judy.

Will Judy get better??? Will they still be together IF she gets better????
