Hi I'm Sage. I am your normal average high school senior. It was a normal year. Graduation was finally here and everyone in my class was excited. Of course something had to go wrong or this would be a pretty boring story, Right? Of course. Freak storms and other natural disasters attacked our planet. Earthquakes tore the earth apart. A large crevass formed during one strong earthquakes and fire lept out as well as other things. As fate would have it the invasion begun on graduation. Now I am part of an army. Nothing special or unique we just take sharp weapons and massacre the visitors from hell.

The Path To A Living Hell
At first, the images were blurry. Then, I saw it there was a Rex when she was younger under her parent's bed watching them being killed. It was so horrible. It's sickening to know that some things do that for survival. There was Rex trembling from that horrible experience e, first her mom reached out to her and smiled with a blood splattered hand. Remember, a particalizer's special communication ability is talking through thoughts. Well Rex's mom thought her a message since this was a thought and the sound was that ever Rex heard, we heard the message too. *RM: Rex don't worry you can take care of yourself* After the message finished Rex saw her mom's eyes close with a smile on her face Rex tried to hold back tears but she couldn't. Rex cried ever so softly while watching her mom and dad being slaughtered. Then everything when bright red we both saw Rex transform into something so horribly, terrifying awful that we couldn't believe our eyes. Then the Rex "beast" lunged at the chimera tearing it from limb to limb not even twitching as the blood splattered all over her. It was a horrifying event to watch. Then I heard a noise coming from my right side, it was Tammy sobbing on my shoulder. Then this moment made me realize what happened the night Rex ended up living with us. The picture went blank into eternal darkness. Never to be seen again.Complete

It was a Sunday night, family night for the Greens. They were playing a board game when it happened. At exactly 11:11 pm; a time for wishes, a sixteen year old girl wished for true love one day. At that exact moment her window smashed and something flew into her room. It was a flock of them; they attracted the house and only took one thing: the girl. She remembers it clearly, the way she screamed scared out of her mind. The way it grabbed her waist and took off. She remembers screaming for help but no one came to her rescue. Oh how she wishes that she left her safety knife in her room. Then they would be safe. Her family! She just hopes they were fine, but the conclusion that she was taken says that her family would be back to normal soon. She sighs and thinks over her life. From a little kid she was always the loner. But her family loved her to death. It all changed when she turned ten. The world was changing. She remembers the exact day at the exact time. Her birthday; she calls it the hell day. Something bad always happens on her birthday and that year was the worst so far. On February 20/2020 at exactly 2:20 On the news they had let out the horrible announcement. Scientist's experiments had gone wrong. They call them the "Stone Devils". They were escaping from the labs and into our world. Made of stone and all male. Winged creatures that come into the night. They said the world was ending, but it didn't start with fire or war. It began with a storm-just like any other. But this time, it didn't stop. The rain fell for days, then weeks, and then came the flood that drowned everything. When the sun finally broke through the clouds, people thought it was over. They thought it was hope. But that hope was a lie. The sun scorched the land. Insects bred in the rotting water. Plague spread like wildfire. Water became scarce, food even scarcer. They said Mother Earth was angry, and I believed them. I did everything to survive. Even if it meant relying on a filthy, twisted man for bread. He preyed on girls like me-young, desperate, orphaned. He fed us, clothed us, and in return, demanded we sell our bodies. He called it "the price of protection." Men came to us like vultures. They stripped away our innocence and left us hollow. And then, one winter night, starving people stormed our hideout. They came with knives and desperation. I threw myself in front of the youngest girl when one lunged to stab her. I took the blade meant for her. As my body went cold, I felt no fear. Just peace. Finally, I thought. This nightmare is over. But when I opened my eyes again... I was in my bed. Warm. Dry. When I was born my father ran tests over and over that would have killed a normal child but I was different, my DNA patters were different, my genes were mixed. Everyone has one thing or more things, that make them special. Perfect examples, able to burp the ABC's, singing backwards or even making things float with your mind. Yeah you heard me, I can make things float with my mind, and later you'll be finding what else I can do. For the longest time, it was always me, Aunt Grace and my best friend in all the world Lucas. My parents both died when I was little and I don't remember them; so I've been living with my Aunt ever since. We have family, but they aren't exactly in our zip code and they don't exactly keep in touch. We don't either, so we are really no better then them. On the night of my 16th birthday (anyone else feel like big events happen on someone 16th birthday? No, just me?) three strangers came knocking during my birthday party and that's when the truth of who I am, who my Aunt is and who my parents were--are. Leaving my normal life behind, I step into a world that has, Werewolves, Vampires, Giants, Fairies, Witches, Warlocks and Hybrids of mixed families, waiting for me. The first day at my knew school, lets just say I blew the roof off the castle. Long story short, really fast way to make people hate you even more then they already do real fast. Oh and three more thing before you start reading my story. Never open the door to three strangers in the rain, it very well might change your life for better or worse. There is also Hunters, that want to kill all of us, just because we are different.
