I'm obese. Not just a little either. I'm MORBIDLY obese, and I'm tired of it. So now it's my time to turn it around. I decided to document all of my progress so I'd have motivation to keep going. In here I will write down everything I eat (total calorie intake), What I'm doing for exercise (total calories burned), my weight, and pictures to document weight loss.
