The citizens of the race draw their power from Dragon Tattoos. Everyone has a special ability, everyone is safe from harm. All harm that is, except for the Citil virus. This deadly virus has the city locked up, all have let go of hope, except a Dragonback child, and a not quite human boy.
The real realm is vast, but desolated by the card game that lives. Control a card, control thinking, breathing life. This is the fate of Erili, the Son Of Cards
