A mother who works for a top secret group of scientists who make different serums and formulas for classified reasons sends off her twin children to a trust worthy friend after finding out that the Human experimentation facility  (H.E.F) plan on stealing the current formula they were working on. Which, when injected, gives the user to regenerate at fast speeds and be resistant to pain.

A few weeks later, the twin's childhood friend is taken by the H.E.F for human experimentation.  After years of enduring this torture, and part of it was being injected with the formula they had successfully stolen, she manages to escape. Finding and being taken in by the twin's mother, she runs tests, and uses different serums to change the girl into an almost invincible assassin to go retrieve her children after finding out her 'trust worthy' friend works with the H.E.F.
