This story takes place on Earth, way in the future. Humans went extinct and the world was returned to it's natural look. However some animals, especially wolves, seem to have the ability to develop seemingly magic powers. The Shadow Falls pack is no exception with the main family all having ice or fire related powers.
This story contains a great variety of characters, and if it hits off I'll give a link for pictures and descriptions of them.
