Ammarie is nearing the end of her junior year of her undergraduate college degree. Majoring in Pre-Physical Therapy includes field study, where students take internships and voluntary positions out in their field of study. Ammarie is offered a resident nurse position in a hospital for her senior year due to merit and exceptional performance during her studies.

She takes up volunteering at said Hospital during the summer, in order to show her gratitude for their offer. Little does she know, the place meant to heal and mend lives may be her undoing. Ammarie has no idea what she's gotten herself into when there's an wannabe office love affair, and a certain unconscious patient with a mysterious tattoo falls into the picture.

Will she be able to get through it all...all while completing her undergraduate career?
