This story is based on fact but is almost entirely fiction.
This is inspired by Charles Dickens, A Christmas Carol.

Curiosity, never before had Phaedra considered how much trouble she could get into because of it. She never stopped to consider the consequences of asking questions, never thought the punishment could be so severe. But, in the town of Zaesria, something as simple as curiosity is the cause of her sorrows; or, it is when it involves questioning the gods.
