But a gift like that isn't without its consequences. The consequences are that whatever wish you wish for will come true, but it will be corrupted in a horrible way. 

Sarah Memo finds that out firsthand. She wishes for her cancer to be cured. But the side effects of the wish... Will be much worse than anyone has ever expected...

I'm not to sure if these facts about cancer are true or not but I tried to do some research on it. But this story is mostly made for the reveal of the notes and not as much of other genres.
