This is the rules. I only accept books that are completed or about 80-99% completed books. I do not review random life books or contest books. I only review them if I'm interested in something like it. Genres I'm willing to read and not to read will be added. You can promote your own books or someone else's books, whichever way you choose, you (or the author as an optional [if it's written by another person]) will have to fill out the form.
