Forgotten Angel

Margret.. She tested the name, but even having a name again was awful. Margret was supposed to be dead. She used to be dead. She wanted to be dead. Yet now, here she was, alive, lonely, and hopeless. An angel cast from heaven. Margret wondered what would happen if she died again. Perhaps she would return to Heaven, or perhaps she had to prove herself before the gates would open for her again, and she would go to Hell instead... Margret shuddered at the thought. All she wanted to do was be an angel again, to not be this lump of flesh and hormones. All alone, and shuddering in the cold, she dragged herself into the town that was dimly lit in the night and lie just ahead.
