Unenforceable

Cole and Cleo have killed Greg and thought that they could finally be together. This is not allowed by the government thought because of the law passed saying that they must be partnered up and since Cole is already technically married to Morgan he must stay married to her.
Cleo is now partnered up with another man who actually tries to love her. Will Cleo be able to still love Cole in secret even with her new partner constantly trying to get him to love her with the law on his side. And will Cole be able to change the law so he and Cleo can be together?
