The Unfolding Life of Katie Voltz

For 3 years Katie was held captive in the basement of her kidnapper Johnny. After being found by police Katie had been trying to recover alongside her family while attending a new highschool and her two closest friends are Sophia and Jasper.

Since no one in this new town knows about Katie's fate over the past few years. Katie is torn between reliving her horrors in her mind everyday or letting someone get closer to her. She knows Sophia wants to be with her but she just can't even think of being with anyone after everything's that happened.
