Jase Jackson had a good life. His parents took care of him, despite all the.......abilities he had that caused problems. But when he became fourteen, he was taken by armed soldiers away to an uncharted island to be trained by someone strange for something he didn't even understand. But his training that he was told would never end, was interrupted when a man who only went by the name of Rick, shows up and quickly and violently escorts him out of this camp, Jase's life will be changed forever as Rick takes him to a mysterious spot where everyone has some kind of ability like none other. These people who have now started a society here call themselves the Sun Chasers.

He has to quickly learn how to build relationships with other campers from the ground up, and even though Nico is banned from using his 'Underworldy' powers, he's still a demigod, and danger and adventure are always at his heels, even at camp!
