Courtney and Avery have been best friends for as long as they can remember. Now they are 17 years young and starting there Junior year at Ridgeway Academy. They have the pleasure to be taken by 2 of Ridgeways hottest Soccer players Jayden and Riley. This year they caught the attention of none other than Sarah Nicole Presscot , The most beautiful and popular Senior in Ridgeway Academy. She had all the boys flocking to her feet and all the girls green with envy. No one will ever dare to approach her as of who her boyfriend is one of the notorious bad boys in the group ‘The Five’ better known as Cole Boyd. The girls don’t think anything of the constant smiles or how whenever they are by there lockers she finds a way to come up and say ‘hello’ to them. The first Friday of the school year Jayden and Riley decide to throw a welcome back house party but when Sarah wont leave them alone and girls flocking all over there boyfriends what will they do when ‘The Five’ show up and want to be with Sarah but she wont let the girls go. When they try to hide they witness something very heartbreaking that will put one of them over the edge. Follow them as they become the most Beautiful Disasters.

The sound of silence is deafening. Avery Spencer; the seventeen year old girl raped and left on the beach the summer after her Junior year. But with more than one person in fear of what might happen if it does, Avery is thrown into a chaotic mess of wrong and right, flashbacks, wayward support groups, and finding her safe haven in the place she least expects it.
