Marcel wasn't your typical teenage boy. He was good in school. He always got good grades. And he was never disrespectful to anybody.
Marcel was pretty much the nerd in school. He was always picked on and beaten up by bullies. But he thought that it was worth it. 'Highschool will end.' He reminded himself every time he got up in the morning.
Marcel's twin brother, Harry, was far from nerdy. In fact, Harry was popular compared to Marcel. Harry was a chick magnet, with the right apparel. He had curly locks of brown hair and green eyes. But the most thing that the girls loved about him was Harry's charming personality and his dimples.
Marcel always had a desire to be like his brother. To Marcel, Harry was his idol. Harry was the one he looked up to. And Marcel really wanted to change. But he knew that he could never pull it off. Marcel was just Marcel, and that's all he'll ever be... or so he thought...

So @franzixidfc contacted me and asked if I couldn't write a book on her idea and this is the result. I tried to follow the basic storyline and added some myself. Harry and Louis were best friends when they were kids until Harry had to move away. Harry returned at the age 17 to his home town to live with his aunt. The kids in Ireland bullied him for the way he dressed. In his new school Harry noticed a loner that everyone called Tommo. There was something familiar with the boy but Harry doesn't make the connection at first. @RANDOM28lol contacted me with a story idea where they asked if they could write the poems in the story. I didn't feel like I could write the story they wanted me to but I asked them to send me one of the poems. The poem inspired me. ❤ So I suggested another concept of the story and they agreed. All the poems in the story are written by the talented @RANDOM28lol. Harry has lost his voice. He has been mute for years. Ever since his family was brutally murdered in their home. He suffers from PTSD and survivor's guilt. Thinking that not allowing himself to talk somehow honor the death of his family. It's a lonely life. He has no one to talk to. Doctors and therapists have given up on him. He writes poems as a way to express how he feels. He also writes at work. Running the gossip section of The Sun is something he despises but he's a journalist and he needs a job. No one tries to talk to him at work either. It's his own fault. But he hates how they go silent and then whisper about him as he enters the newsroom in the mornings. He keeps to himself. Until the new sports journalist catches his eye. Beautiful. Blue eyes. Wonderful smile. To his surprise, the man knows sign language and he's also determined to talk to him. Life as he knows it changes. It's scary. Will he be able to actually overcome his trauma?
