I'm going to be trying this thing here. Basically this is the background and prologue to make you understand what will be going on with the whole story in the future. I'll be (hopefully) writing in short stories, each one about a different person in the universe the book is set in. So yeah, Scorched Earth: Prologue will introduce you to the universe, and in the future you might see Scorched Earth: [Name of Character Here].

This story is about a young female starting into college that learns there is more to life than having a family, friends, working hard in school, and all the rest. She finds herself ripped from her world to another. The story starts with her being a knight on another planet. She must face her traumas of being a slave, so she ends up writing a journal of what she did go through and felt. We all go through heard times. Each individual must face their fears to overcome them. This is what Marry Wills will do throughout this story.
