So this girl Carey liked a guy while she was still in Washington, but she had to move to New York cause of her parents and when she did, she fell for the bad boy Jace but his best friend Ross also had feelings for her, it all started when Anita, the most popular cheerleader in school which happened to be Jace's ex wanted to ruin Carey's life, then the whole plan istarted as a pretend relationship between Jace and Carey. Carey was also confused if she also had feelings for Ross, she then fell for Jace but all the secrets were revealed, many obstacles came in between her and Jace, after everything her first crush Cameron transfered to New York, found out what happened in the book 'Carey in New York'.
