Naomi Flynn moves to Central City for a new job at the Central City Police Department. When on a day she bumps into Barry Allen she immediately falls for him.
Hearing all that's been going on with the particle accelerator and meta humans makes her create an obsession with wanting to catch them since one of them killed her dad 1 year ago. When the flash one night safes her life she's willing to give her life for the city by being a hero like the flash. Meanwhile Barry, who's in love with her tries everything what it takes to make her change her mind.
