It's Been Five years, Since Niles and Loco Plotted and killed Pyscho. Both going their seprete ways and wiping their hands with the whole situation, leaving the past behind. Niles Unfortunatly found out not only was Loco and Alicia Blood siblings but Pyscho was both their father.
