She left him, in his weakest moment. She just up, and walked away. She couldn't help him get through what he had to get through, because she remembered. She remembered why traveling with him was so dangerous. She couldn't deal with the death and destruction that happened when he was around. She just couldn't do it. So she left him, plain and simple.

She altered his memory of her, and left.

Now she's running, running away from him, praying she doesn't run into him, but, he's rubbed off on her, now she's bringing destruction where she goes.

Raine is confused and scared, running in circles, trying to be who she was before. But she's going mad trying to find herself. So worried about fixing herself, she doesn't see the evil cloud that's coming after her. Until it's too late.

(A short story, falling between 'Hello Again', and the sequel, 'Hello Stranger')

A Maybank and A Cameron? It's almost like a modern Romeo and Juliet. It's forbidden for them to be together. Could be the end of the world. The stolen glances, the hidden feelings, the unspoken words, the secret meetings and the obvious hatred towards each other followed by constant conflicts and some hidden past that threatened them but there are always invisible strings tied and pulling them together no matter how hard the tides trying to pull and part them away from each other.
