At fourteen my life was flipped upside down. And not for good. I was held captive for many years. I didn't know the day, year or month it was. I didn't know whether I was far away from home, or beside it. How much of my life had I missed? How much had my kidnapper stolen from me? And would I ever find my family again? I could be anywhere in the world. Yet I would rather be on the streets than anywhere close to him. When I finally escaped I didn't stop going until I couldn't go further. My body was weak, my mind strong. I would survive. **Warning: Some parts are more graphic, however, I did not get too into it, the story is about after she escapes, not her time kidnapped! Everyone agrees on one thing: If they had a heart, they'd be just about human. And that's just it. Somewhere out there, the original prototype is running about, disguising himself as a normal gen3 RCA, when in reality, he's the only non-organic thing on earth to have emotion, and thought. The other RCAS are programmed to identify him as an immediate danger to the public. So he's always moving around. Looking for the finish to his one computer-made script, aptly called 'fate'. See their mother is mortal but their father is the G-D of the sea. But all her twin brother Percy knows is that he thinks their father left them. They really don't belong in this world they have powers but all magic comes with a price I fear. For one their mother remarried to this pig he has no respect for women and hates herself and her brother but the reason why is because of his horrid smell it keeps those that want to hurt them away from them other immortals like their father. They pretty much live their lives in the water and they can do things with water like their father but he doesn't know it and the only reason they have the problems they do is because of their powers those problems go away when they're in the half blood world with other demi-G-Ds like them in that world she's a mermaid, legs on land and tail in the water, and the not talking so much she has a beautiful voice, but its part of her powers her singing is like a siren song.Complete

It truly is amazing how quickly your life can get flipped upside down. Actually, I take that back. In my case, it was more like my life was flipped upside down, turned inside out, spun around in circles, and blown up. I wish I was kidding. One minute I was an ambitious fifteen-year-old, working part time at the Marine Research Institute, and the next, BAM!
