"So pretty flower, Wanna have some fun huh ?" He suggestively winks at me and I flinch. He's way too close for comfort.
"Leave her alone Peter. Get back to work." A cold hard voice rang out. I breathed in relief and turned around.
"Uh thanks..?" I'm facing my savior but look at the ground.
"It's Eric to you Initiate. Get back to your dorm. You have training tomorrow."
For 16 year old Rose life in Abengation sucks. She's all alone since her cousin Tobias Eaton transferred 2 years ago and her best friend Tris Prior last year.
She has no one left except for her abusive father who hits her too hard for the last time.
When Rose transfers to Dauntless on a whim and to piss off her father. she didn't expect to be top of her class if anything she wanted to be factionless. But when a shooting game goes wrong because of competition, Rose catches the eyes of a certain leader.

Eric Lets Go
Dauntless has created an image for Eric after an incident during his initiation and no one knows the real him nor do they want to know the real him. When it is time for new initiates, he has to overlook their training as part of his leader training. When an Amity transfer gets a little too close to Eric, she wants to know who he really is, NOT the ruthless leader image he projects to be. Eric doesn't know how to react because no one has ever tried to get close to him before so how should he react? Will he react in a good or bad way? Does she despise the real Eric or will she help him let go of the past and love the real him? All rights/ credits go to Veronica Roth. I did not make this story myself just the few characters and other twists I threw in there. Veronica Roth is a great writer so if you haven't read the Divergent series, it's your loss.Complete

To maintain stability, the faction leaders decide to return to the faction system. Because of this, the sixteen-year-olds that chose that year are sent back to their former factions for nine months. Tris falls into a state of depression after the war and her impromptu breakup that occurred at the end of it, and returning back to Abnegation--to the same house as her traitor brother--doesn't help. Tobias remains in Dauntless, but while he isn't exactly despondent, he does feel out of place. He doesn't fit in and cannot go on with normal life after everything that happened. Then, Choosing Day arrives. And history definitely does not repeat itself when Tris goes through the initiation process with her old friends and enemies, her ex-boyfriend, and the new sixteen-year-olds, while citizens of Chicago are mysteriously dying.
