Selma is a spiritual 17 year year old girl who is discovering who she is as a person. All that while balancing school, blogging, and most of all, dealing with her racist archenemy, Stacy Smith.
Stacy, the most popular girl in the 11th grade severely despises Selma and her friends. She will do anything to make them feel extremely unwelcome. When Selma's talents are discovered by top writers, news reporters and religious leaders, Selma discovers her true hidden talent that not many girls her age has.
When the big talent show takes place at the local masjid, and at the high school, Selma's two best friends encourage her to participate. Selma's biggest goal however, is to be close with her rival Stacy to find out why she's such a hateful person.
Will Selma be able to make Stacy a kind person? Or will she deal with more humiliation?
