This is book one in my series MickJay.
This is the story of a boy named Jay. As this is a werewolf story, obviously it will have at least one main character who is a werewolf. Jay is that guy. He is a super popular high school senior who can get any girl he wants, simply by flashing his smile. He is the son of the chaplain for his pack, but he never really believed any of that. Why would he need God when he's doing just fine on his own? Sure, he hadn't found his mate yet, but he wasn't worried. He knew she'd be swept into his arms just like every other girl he'd met, both in his home town, and in his mom's home town, where his grandparents live, and where he goes to visit every summer.
Jay gets the shock of his life when he meets Mick, a not-so-pretty, hyper pure girl who values her own personal purity over any crazy boy. She has a set of hoops that any boy has to jump through in order to date her, and any boy who wants to has to learn them from God. Jay would be fine with that, in fact he wouldn't care at all, except that SHE is his mate!
This is the story of their mishaps and adventures as he learns how to win her heart, and she learns how to let him.
