The Vestria Chronicles: Tales of Eternia and Hell

Over 15,000 years ago in the world of Vestria, the kingdom of Hell attacked the peaceful realm of Eternia with the idea in mind that if the world must be split evenly between the two sides, one must rule all. The first lord Zarak of Eternia fell into the cold embrace of the inevitable fate of death by the Demon Lord Aldrun, as did all his countless descendants for many years after. That is... every descendant before Ashlair.

Young king Ashlairiset Zarak was born a determined and powerful soul. When his parents attempted to convince him that after 15,000 years of death by Aldrun, that someday he would have to meet the same fate as well, he refused to believe their words. Once he watched his parents fall victim to this cruel destiny, Faehlorn Zarak took him in as his son and trained him to defy this dismal prophecy. With that willpower in mind, held with an iron grip, he pulled together a group of three others-Thalra Riin, Nevermore, and Narkaruth-and formed the Knights of Eternia.

To begin, this misfit band of Knights must take the first action: negotiate with Aldrun himself. However, things to horridly wrong when Aldrun chooses not to follow their requests, and forces the Knights to race to the Demon realm. If they make it, they may lay claim to Hell or give the Demons mercy to fight for their own land. Yet if Aldrun and the Demons reach Eternia first, they may do the same to them and their kingdom.

Can the Knights make it in time? Will they save their kingdom, or fall victim to Aldrun and his army? Inspired by Rhapsody of Fire, Blind Guardian, and countless artists and musicians, part 1 of The Vestria Chronicles begins the suspenseful and epic tale of these gallant heroes as they grow and change for better and for worse to fight for their kingdom.
