A teacher I had when I was very young said something that forever changed the way I approached life, and the way I thought about myself. To this day I still think of those words, and I don't know if a day will ever come when I don' t think of them. 

In this free-written letter to my teacher, I thank my teacher for the specific things those words have caused in my life.
