When it is time for new initiates, he has to overlook their training as part of his leader training. When an Amity transfer gets a little too close to Eric, she wants to know who he really is, NOT the ruthless leader image he projects to be. Eric doesn't know how to react because no one has ever tried to get close to him before so how should he react? Will he react in a good or bad way? Does she despise the real Eric or will she help him let go of the past and love the real him? All rights/ credits go to Veronica Roth. I did not make this story myself just the few characters and other twists I threw in there. Veronica Roth is a great writer so if you haven't read the Divergent series, it's your loss.

It takes you through his journey through initiation on in to leadership. He also develops a love interest that isn't in either the books or the movie.
