This is "Monologue #84: Highway" of Eric Bogosian's book: "100 Monologues"
This version is the script to Sebastian Stan's video, on YouTube, of him performing/ reading it. It's a little different from the actual monologue, missing a few pieces here and there, but it's still just as beautiful.
It was such a touching video that I just had to share it.

"This relationship has everything..." Stefon is finally coming out to his family, officially this time. He has sat down every important person in his life to give them the news. His brother and cousin pretty much have it all figured out, but his parents and his aunt and uncle are firm on their belief that he's just been going through a phase. As he tries to get through his anxiety to get them to meet his boyfriend, things start going south. Never has he been shy about his sexuality, but how is he supposed to convince his family it isn't a phase if he can't even get them to talk to him properly? The characters in this story are based loosely on Bobby Moynihan's theory about the Weekend Update family, as well as throwing other things around that make sense revolving that. The family Stefon lives with: Drunk Uncle - Stefon's Uncle (Going by Uncle Bobby since he was never given a name) Aunt Linda - Stefon's Aunt The Girl You Wish You Hadn't Started A Conversation With At A Party - Stefon's Cousin (Going by Cecily since she wasn't given a name either) Bar Mitzvah boy Jacob - Neighbor These are the characters *based on* Bobby's theory. Now for the others, named by Stefon himself: David Zolefsky - Stefon's Brother Ms. Stefon - Stefon's Mother David Bowie - Stefon's Father Based on the information Stefon gives us, he also has a son (he is presumably an absent father) and a dog, Bark Ruffalo. My school project thing
Made this with the help of my group(I did most of the work but I can't blame them, English wasn't their first language) but I felt somewhat proud enough of it that I wanted to share it, though its not a fully written story but just like a short story, it was still fun to do honestly, hope its fun for you to read too! Proud ~ a Seblos Fanfiction
He's been off since theater. Not saying much. "Seb, what's wrong?" I ask gently. "There's something I think I need to tell you," he answers meekly. I stop scrubbing the rose case with Windex and go to the edge of the stage. We sit together, our feet dangling off the edge. "I-I need to tell you about a lot of things," he starts. "Okay, I'm listening," I reply. Why am I so scared? When Carlos has a problem, he goes to Seb and Seb takes comfort in fixing them. Carlos trusts Seb... but for some reason he feels as if it isn't the same the other way around. Seb's been keeping secrets, and Carlos needs to find out what they are. He thinks the secrets are hurting Seb, not just mentally, but physically, too. Seb is brave and will probably refuse "Seb, honey, you can't just brush off stuff like this," Carlos corrects me. He sits by me. "You can't just let people hurt you all the time and then go forgive them like it's nothing!" "And why not?" I ask calmly. "B-because-" Carlos stutters. He looks away. "Because then..." "Seb's a good person. The best out of all of us," Big Red comments. I blush. "I don't know. I just always try my best to do the right thing." But at that moment, a thought hits me like a rock to the head. Keeping secrets from Carlos isn't the right thing. I need to tell him the truth. Soon. Seb's been getting bullied, and is having a hard home life. He wants to look brave, but he knows he really needs Carlos. After one painful event at school, Carlos snaps. ¡IMPORTANT!
