Heartbreak Blvd. nicknamed by its residents. From children getting shot to babies being abandoned, nothing about being in this neighborhood is good.

Ambria, better known as Bree grew up in this neighborhood and lived up to its name. Going to school full time to get into a good college, despite what everyone in her alternative school says. A drug addicted mother and a abusive father she works and hustles to make ends meet for herself.

Hakeem, who slacks in school and began to sell drugs following in the footsteps of his father who dies when he was 14, also lives in the neighborhood part time with his baby sister and black panther mother. While she preaches for him to uplift the black community he just tries to make sure the lights stay on and the fridge stays full in their home.
